A corporation can take a lead in developing new products and services to win customers at home and abroad. But each corporation has also encountered so-called cycle of innovation and creativity. Sony used to lead the global market with two iconic products and models - Walkman and Trinitron in 1980s and 1990s. And then Apple has emerged to offer computers and entertainment products - iBook, iPod. Apple has continued expanding over Smartphone and tablet with iPhone and iPad. Will Apple end its cycle of innovation and creativity? Will there other new brands to emerge such as Google Smartphone and Microsoft Smartphone?
All corporations can do now is to cultivate seeds of innovative and creative spirits into their workforces. Either of using in-house talents or acquiring new brands, innovation and creative must be nurtured and persuaded at all levels from day to day. Consumers can compare qualities, designs, features, user-friendly-interface functions and easy-to-use rating for new products and services. Wrong investment and wrong management style can not only waste time, money and talents, but also lose market shares and market position.
